The purpose of this article is to help you establish a connection between BridgerPay and your partnered Payment Service Provider. The first step involves locating the credentials outlined below in the PSP’s portal. Next, you simply need to enter these credentials in their respective fields found in the PSP’s configuration tab within the BridgerPay dashboard. Once this process is complete, a connection will be established to start processing transactions.

Steps to set up webhook callback:

  1. Access your Adyen back-office and click on Developers found on the left-hand side.

  2. Now click on Webhooks and then click on '+ Webhook' on the top right.

  3. Next click to add a 'Standard Webhook'.

  4. Give the configuration a title in the Description field.

  5. Enter the following url in the Server configuration URL field:

  6. In the Security section, enter your provided Username and Password - it's recommended that you use the same as the login credentials used to access your Adyen back-office.

  7. In the HMAC section, click to generate a new HMAC key which you will then copy in the corresponding field in your Adyen credentials in the BridgerPay portal.

  8. In the Events section tick the following:

  9. In the Additional settings section, tick the following under 3D Secure:

    Include 3D Secure Result

    Include 3D Secure Version

    Include 3D Secure2 Challenge Flow Information Details

    Include Metadata in payment event for 3D Secure payments (events are not sent from PAL)

    Include Raw 3D Secure Details Result

    Include Raw 3D Secure Result

  10. In the Card section tick the following:

    Include Card Bin

    Include Card Holder

  11. Click on Save configuration on the bottom right.

Adyen recurring transactions:

  1. Turn on Recurring details in Payment section of Additional data section within your Adyen back-office.

  2. Turn on Recurring contract in Webhook settings.

  3. Please note that for recurring transactions, the 'personal_id' parameter is required to be sent within the first recurring transaction when creating the PSP network token. It must remain consistent in subsequent recurring transactions, matching the initial recurring transaction.
