The purpose of this article is to help you establish a connection between BridgerPay and your partnered Payment Service Provider. The first step involves locating the credentials outlined below in the PSP’s portal. Next, you simply need to enter these credentials in their respective fields found in the PSP’s configuration tab within the BridgerPay dashboard. Once this process is complete, a connection will be established in order to start processing transactions.

Steps to find your credentials:
1. Log in to the website
2. You will be required to insert your email, password, and the 2FA number
3. On the very top of the page you will see the option STICPAY API, next to the download icon
4. Click on the option and you will be redirected to the API section
5. Scroll down on the API Integration section and you will see the option “API Key (Live)”
6. Click on the red button “Recover”
7. Insert the OTP you see on the Authenticator and the password used initially to login
8. Once you will click on the Submit button, the key will show underneath
9. Our IPs need to be whitelisted on the back-office and the encryption to SHA256
