This article aims to guide you in establishing a connection between BridgerPay and your partnered Payment Service Provider (PSP). The first step is to locate the credentials listed below in the PSP’s portal. Then, simply enter these credentials into the corresponding fields in the PSP’s configuration tab within the BridgerPay dashboard. Once completed, the connection will be established, allowing you to start processing transactions.

Steps to find your credentials:

To retrieve the production key from the merchant's back office, the following steps should be followed:

  1. Log in to your Lyra Collect Back Office: https://secure.lyra.com/portal/

  2. Enter your username.

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click on Login.(If you enter the username and/or password incorrectly, the error message "Invalid username or password" will appear. You can correct your entry or click on the "Forgot password or account blocked" link.)

  5. Click on More actions.

  6. Click on Back Office Expert to access your Back Office Expert.

  7. Click on Settings > Store.

  8. Select the Keys tab, the following window appears :

9. You can read the production key.
