Whenever a transaction is completed either successfully or not, a series of IDs is connected to it.
The most important IDs for you as a merchant will be the PSP Trx ID and the Merchant Order ID.
The PSP Trx ID is usually provided to the PSP to request any information needed from their side.
The Merchant Order ID will help you retrieve transactions on your Bridger Admin
How to retrieve these details:
Login to your Bridger Admin
On the left-hand side click on the 3 lines and then click on Transactions
Click on the transaction. A new window will open
Here you will be able to locate PSP Trx ID and Merchant Order ID
