This feature is available for Start-up plans and above and allows you to issue full or partial refunds.

Note: The payment provider you are connected to must allow refunds in order for this feature to work.

  1. Login to your Bridger Admin

  2. On the left-hand side click on the 3 lines and then click on Transactions

  3. Locate the transaction you want to refund* and click on it

  4. On the top-right corner, you will see the Refund button

  5. Click on it and the system will ask you to type in the amount to refund

  6. Click on Refund. The transaction will now appear either as fully or partially refunded

*If you have a lot of transactions, we recommend you create a report based on the client’s email and use the Merchant Order ID to retrieve the correct transaction to refund.
